Quick Start

RentifyNow gives independent landlords and property managers a shared workspace for properties, rental agreements, rent records, documents, and maintenance work. Tenants have a separate view of their rental and requests. This guide covers the hosted web app; you do not need to install a development environment.

Try the workspace first

Open the landlord demo or tenant demo to explore relevant screens with synthetic sample data. Demo changes stay in that browser session. A demo is not your real property portfolio.

Create your account

  1. Open RentifyNow registration.
  2. Choose the role that matches your work: Landlord or Tenant.
  3. Complete the account and onboarding steps shown in the app.
  4. As a landlord, follow the first-run guide to add your first property.

Account creation does not collect payment details. The pricing page shows current offered plans and limits; paid-plan checkout is a separate action. Feature access depends on your role, plan, and enabled features.

Add a property and rental

Start with a property you manage. Add its address and the details requested by the property form, then save it. Reopen it to check the information before adding more records.

Create a rental agreement for the relevant property and enter the applicable dates, rent amount, deposit, and tenant information. A saved agreement record does not by itself prove that a lease has been legally signed or a deposit has been paid. See the property management guide and rental guide.

Keep records and follow up on work

  • Use Documents for rental files and check the intended recipients before sharing.
  • Use rent records and invoices to track amounts and status. Reconcile those records against actual bank or payment-provider activity.
  • Use maintenance requests, tasks, and messages to follow up on property work with the relevant people.

Rent records track amounts and status. Payment collection, bank reconciliation, late-fee automation, and legal signing require separately verified workflows. Confirm the integrations and availability you need before relying on them.

Availability and regional settings

The web app is the available entry point. The download page labels iOS, Android, and macOS public releases as unverified; do not assume a store release is available. Country context and display language are separate settings. Read the localization guide before choosing currency and regional display preferences.
